2. Documentary Support: Collection, analysis, preparation and execution of the necessary package of documents to apply for a loan to the credit institutions (banks) of your choice.
3. Administrative Support: Assistance in communicating with banks and government authorities in Cyprus during the loan and sale process.

We do not guarantee loan approval by any financial institution. The decision to grant a loan is made solely by the respective bank based on its internal policies and an assessment of your creditworthiness.

2. Provisions on the Real Estate Presented on the Website

2.1 Nature of Real Estate Information

You are solely responsible for any consequences, including rejection of the application by the bank or legal difficulties resulting from inaccurate, false or misleading data.

3.3 Payment for Services

The User agrees to pay for the legal and administrative services of OCRM Consulting in accordance with the terms and fees agreed upon in a separate Legal Services Agreement, which is signed before we start our work.

4.1 Legal Liability

OCRM Consulting's responsibility as a legal office is limited to fulfilling our obligations set forth in Section 1.2 and in the signed Legal Services Agreement.

4.2 No Liability for Decisions of Third Parties

We are not responsible for:

• The decision of any bank or lending institution to deny a loan.
• Changes in lending terms, interest rates or requirements for borrowers set by banks.
